CAD-cam

CAD (computer aided design) drawing programs offer Diametal the possibility to draw examples or production drawings themselves. We uses our knowledge of CAD to share 3D drawings with our customers which enables a quick collaboration. We make use of CAD programs like SolidWorks, Inventor, Autocad and Topsolid. CAM (computer aided manufacturing) offers Diametal the possibility to program complex workpieces in a fast way for manufacturing in production. Workpieces will be programmed “offline” while the machine is working. For this purpose, Diametal makes use of CAM programs like Autodesk HSM works and Topcam 5-axis.

Other programs we use are the CAD packages Siemens NX en Solidworks, for making the drawings, and we use Rhinoceros for the 3D modeling. Finally we use Siemens NX and HSM works for the CAMing.
